Pricing Explained

Since JustReachOut is a software and service integrated solution a lot of people ask us about our pricing, here is a quick breakdown of all the plans and the types of customers for each one. We’re a month to month service without any yearly or biannual commitments at this point however we recommend at very least 3 months - 6 months of works to see consistent reproducible results. You’re free to switch plans or pause your account whenever you please.

We’ve helped 5000+ companies get published in press at this point, we’ve seen our share of PR successes as well as failures. We can honestly tell you that if just want some quick press in a month or two we’re NOT the right solution for you. Consistent and reproducible results take time and for most of our customers’ success stories took 3-6 months.

Basic $697/mo: “PR On Your Own”

In short this plan is for two types of customers:

Type 1 Basic Customer

Customer who has successfully done their own PR before. This type of customer has a PR story and a email pitch which has worked well for them in the past. The customer simply wants to use our software to find more journalists which are similar to the ones which covered them before.

For Type 1 Basic Customer - we offer an amazing PR discovery and outreach software platform. These customers should be able to present us with proof that they’re pitching a story which is a good fit for journalists who covered them in the past. In other words they have solved the puzzle of targeting the right journalist with the right story in the past. Our platform will allow these customers find and contact new journalists, press opportunities, guest post opportunities and Quora and Reddit questions to answer.

Type 2 Basic Customer

Customer has never done PR before but is very eager to learn and experiment on their own. Customer simply needs someone to guide them along, they’ll put in the time and the effort to try different experiments, email pitches, tactics and strategies to learn what works. Customer realizes this will be a steep learning curve, they are up for the challenge.

For Type 2 Basic Customer - we offer guidance as you learn PR on your own as well as give you access to our software platform. We start with a strategy call to fully understand your objectives and come up with an initial few PR tactics and and story angles you can experiment with. We'll produce an action plan for you based on our initial call and will write a few sample pitches to help you get started. We’ll keep contact and help/guide you mainly through email as you start testing out different PR tactics and learning.

Both Type 1 and Type 2 customers from above get full access to our platform to find and contact journalists and press opportunities. The main different here is that Type 1 customer has a proven pitch which works and just needs to find more journalists, Type 2 customer needs help from us to learn PR on their own and is willing to put in the time and effort.

Standard $1297/mo: “Fully Managed PR, You Have Content”

This plan is for all companies which do not have time to do PR outreach on their own and need a trusted partner to do PR outreach on their behalf.

Customers of this plan should already have interesting data, studies, content and assets about their industry which are related to everyday news coming out about their niche or correlated with Google search trends.

Customers of this plan want some help from JustReachOut team to find a consistent and reproducible PR strategy which can be recycled so in the future they can take over and do PR outreach on their own.

Our team kicks off work with you through an introductory strategy call where we map your business goals to your PR strategy and go through all your content, assets, studies and data to determine what is most relevant for journalists in your niche.

We agree on initial PR strategy and PR story angles and our team goes to work as we start to test different tactics as well as story angles with the press. We manage the entire PR campaign and partner with you to ensure feedback and input are accurately reflected in the email pitches sent on your behalf.

As stated earlier getting consistent, reproducible traction and results from your PR outreach typically takes anywhere between 3 to 6 months.

Premium $2497/mo: “Fully Managed PR, You Don’t Have Content”

This plan is for all companies which do not have time to do PR outreach and do not have interesting data, studies, content and assets about their industry which are related to everyday news coming out about their niche.

In addition to fully managing your PR outreach our team will also work with you to develop initial data, studies, content and assets which we’ll use to pitch press.

Quick example: Your CEO is an expert in the field, they have published amazing articles on your company blog or on their LinkedIn profile but these pieces of content are not related to news and articles currently being written about your industry and niche. You need to come up with a story which is sexy, engaging, has unique data, and most important connects to current news or Google search trends.

Customers of this plan agree to have someone on their team (a marketer or content writer) to work together with our team on producing needed content for each PR experiment we run as our team makes suggestions and guides your team to product the content.

This may mean that JustReachOut team guides Customer’s team to write a guest article or create a poll or a study, then we test it by doing PR outreach through the software platform and then adjust the content and asset as needed after we gather feedback from responses to our pitch.

JustReachOut is heavily involved in guiding Customer’s team to produce the initial content we’ll pitch to press, translation of this content into ‘journalist speak’, writing the email pitch, ensuring compatibility and fit of this content with the current news or Google search trends and the actual placement of the story.

In addition to guidance of content production and story placement this plan also includes the following:

This plan offering is similar to Standard plan with the main difference being that for this plan your company’s PR data and content doesn’t have a proven fit with current news coming out about your industry.
